The pandemic took a huge toll on all of us physically, mentally, and emotionally. Most of us were stuck at home and not able to workout, eat healthy, and and practice healthy habits like we were before. Even when the dust settled for the most part, some of us were still struggling to find our routine again because the world looked different – a lot of us were working from home, kids were home from school, and several businesses, especially gyms, had shut down. Now we are a few years out and ready to get back into our health and fitness routines. Focusing on our health in a holistic manner has become even more important, but finding time, motivation, and staying consistent is still a challenge.
How can I help?
I am here to guide you on a path to improve your overall health and fitness in a holistic way, which includes focusing on fitness, nutrition, and healthy habits. Also – I get it – being a busy working professional with a family and pets makes you think – who has the time to workout, cook healthy meals, drink enough water, get enough sleep, etc?!? The KEY to incorporating all of these things to contribute to your overall wellness is to have a PLAN. That’s where I come in: as a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, I figure out how to incorporate fitness and nutrition into YOUR schedule and ensure that you stay on track by providing endless accountability and motivation.
Here's how it works
First, I’ll start by taking a look at your current routine and lifestyle, as well as understand your short-term and long-term overall wellness goals. Then, we’ll work together to figure out the best plan to achieve consistency in your fitness, nutrition, and habit routines that accommodates your lifestyle. As a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, I know what it takes to create workout and nutrition plans that incrementally change over time to help you progress towards your goals. The custom workouts can be done in the comfort of your own home and/or gym, with a personal trainer at your fingertips whenever it works for you, which is the best part of my personalized fitness app!
HERE'S WHAT YOU GET
Custom Workout Plan
I personally create custom workouts for you that are based on your goals and fitness level. They are 30-45 minutes long and you do them on YOUR time. I record videos to show you how to do each exercise with proper form while also telling you exactly what weights to use. Already have a fitness routine? The app can be tailored to nutrition or habit-based goals as well!
Custom Nutrition Coaching
I calculate calories and macronutrient (protein, carbs, and fat) amounts for you based on your specific goals. I help you learn how to improve your eating habits, as well as teach you about portion sizes and how to read food labels. Also, I send monthly recipe ideas for healthy meals, directly to your app inbox that are macro friendly!
Virtual Check-ins
Depending on what plan you chose, we will have bi-weekly or monthly meetings to discuss your goals and your progress towards them. I can help you figure out ways to incorporate your workouts into a busy work week and help motivate you to stay on track with your goals.
Goal Setting and Accountability
The app allows you to set specific goals, with the added bonus of tracking your progress! I can monitor your progress in real time to make suggestions for improvement, and motivate you along the way. These goals can include going for a 10 minute walk every morning, drinking more water, getting 8 hours of sleep per night, etc. All critical for overall health!
